Helping a Friend

"My heart just longs to see freedom in the body of Christ," shares Emily Wilson in this intimate conversation with Jacqueline Harper about helping a friend, and how the gospel invites all of us into the work of setting hearts free. 

Drawing from John 11 and the story of Lazarus, we reflect on Jesus’ powerful command: “Unbind him and let him go.” While Jesus brings life, He also invites His people to walk alongside one another in the ongoing work of unbinding.

Together, we explore the heart of Unbound Ministry, the Five Keys, and how they are not just a formal prayer model, but practical gospel responses meant for everyday life, in friendships, families, moms’ groups, ministry settings, and beyond. Emily shares her personal journey into inner healing ministry and her growing desire to not only proclaim the gospel, but to invite others to respond to it. Jacqueline reflects on decades of experience walking with women, especially mothers, using forgiveness, renunciation, and blessing as tools for real transformation.

Jacqueline outlines the path for becoming familiar with Unbound Ministry and how to be trained in the Five Keys. She shares her favorite talk in the Freedom in Christ series and how it helped her heal her relationship with her earthly father.

Emily tells why in the Basic Ministry Training’s “The Power of the Gospel” talk is her favorite and how the Keys are a tool for the everyday believer. She expounds upon her own experience with the Basic Training and also shares her favorite teaching from the Advanced Training.
