Part 5:

Reaching People

Who Need Unbound Minsitry

When ministry leaders have the experience and feedback they need, they will be ready to begin ministering to others outside of the ministry team.  How do we reach these people and spread the message of Unbound so that they can experience freedom?  In this section we offer several ways to share Unbound with others:

Host an Unbound: Freedom in Christ Conference or One Day Conference

Unbound: Freedom in Christ Study Program

Unbound: Freedom in Christ DVD Conference

Retreats, Weekly Reflection Nights, and Other Events

Host an Unbound: Freedom in Christ Conference or One Day Conference

When your team is ready to minister to others, inviting Heart of the Father Ministries to present an Unbound: Freedom in Christ conference is one of the best ways to spread the message to your church and surrounding community.  It is also a great way to provide your team with the additional training and experience that a conference provides.  Our conferences often draw people from all over the country.  After the conference, your team will likely have a number of people interested in receiving Unbound ministry.  These people can receive ministry over the next few weekends and your team will improve as a result.  The Unbound Conference is a big undertaking, so a shortened version, the Unbound One Day Conference, is a good fit for newer teams.  If you have any questions about hosting a conference, contact us and we would be happy to discuss your options.

Unbound: Freedom in Christ Study Program

The Unbound: Freedom in Christ Conference talks are available in an 8-talk DVD or digital download set along with a workbook that participants can use to learn the Five Keys of Unbound and listen to the Holy Spirit as He reveals areas in their lives that need freedom.  Your ministry team can invite participants from your church or community to meet weekly and watch the DVD’s together. The workbook provides engaging group and individual activities that can be completed before, during, and after your meetings. The purpose of the Study Program is to prepare people to receive Unbound ministry and to stir in them a hunger for freedom.  At the end of the program, you can invite participants to schedule an Unbound session with a ministry leader, or you can schedule a day for everyone to receive ministry.  Running the Unbound: Freedom in Christ Study Program is a great way to have continual exposure of your ministry to new people and to invite them to explore Unbound with you.

Unbound: Freedom in Christ DVD Conference

Instead of a weekly meeting over two months, your team can host a DVD conference where the video presentations can be viewed over a weekend and your team can offer participants the opportunity to receive ministry.  If you have gifted teachers on your team who have absorbed the conference talks and can give them, you could alternate between video and live presentations.  Teachers should use the outlines in the workbook to give the talks. For more information about how to run a DVD conference, contact us through our website.

Retreats, Reflection Nights, and Other Events

There are many other ways to share the Unbound message.  Some churches have weekly reflection meetings during special seasons like Lent, where a message on each of the Five Keys would be truly edifying and fitting.  Others have yearly retreats for men or women.  Still others have days of renewal or missions where members get together for equipping and teaching.  In a variety of settings, you can use the Unbound: Freedom in Christ DVD’s or outlines to share the message of Unbound and invite participants to schedule an Unbound session.  These presentations should give people an understanding of the Five Keys and the opportunity to practice using them.  If you would like help brainstorming about possibilities for your church or ministry, please reach out to our team.
