As we prepare to enter the Holy days of the Triduum, when we commemorate our Lord's passion, death and resurrection, I thought I would share how the Lord continues to bring His resurrection life into our dark tombs.
In early March, I led a small Unbound Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. It was an intimate group led by our wonderful Unbound Maryland team, who did a fantastic job welcoming and caring for the people who attended. We had lots of time on Saturday afternoon to pray for everyone who requested ministry. God beautifully worked in each session to set their hearts free.
In mid March we had our first meeting of the year for our Regional Coordinators—leaders who are spreading the message and ministry of Unbound throughout the world. The hardest part was picking the best time, as we have Coordinators from Africa, Europe, the Americas, and even Australia! God is doing so many amazing things at conferences and training workshops led by our Coordinators, in places like Croatia, Bosnia, Poland, California, Melbourne, Scotland, Ireland, Namibia, and more!
In late March, we had our first Network Prayer meeting to intercede for various teams in our Unbound Network. We lifted up Blazenka from Bosnia-Herzegovina, who is building Unbound teams in her country and doing an incredible job.
At the end of the month, I led a large Unbound conference near Chicago in the diocese of Joliet. Around 200 people came and many from the local parish. They were so happy to hear our message and the Joliet ministry teams (14) did a great job during ministry time.
As many of you know, we are in the middle of a campaign to raise funds for the renovation of a property that was donated to us in January, where we conduct Unbound training events and ministry days. We are hoping to expand our ministry rooms from 3 to 6. We are not quite there yet, but I want to thank everyone who contributed!
Now we enter a week to meditate on our Lord's victory for us. I'm praying for rest and rejuvenation for you, for our exec team, and for all those involved in Unbound. I'm grateful for you all.
Next month, we will begin an Unbound Advanced E-course, taught by the amazing Ann Stevens, and prepare for an Unbound training and conference here in Philadelphia. Your prayers are appreciated.
May the Lord fill you with the grace of His presence during this Holy Week, and may you experience the joy of His Resurrection.
Blessings!
