Lucy Boutte

Lucy Boutte coordinated the Spanish-speaking Charismatic Renewal for more than 30 years in the San Gabriel Pastoral Region, Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Her first encounter with Unbound was at a SCRC Charismatic Convention workshop Neal Lozano in 2015 in Anaheim, CA. She connected with Neal Lozano to obtain permission to translate the Unbound Ministry Guidebook and begin training a team of 40 people. When her team was prepared, she hosted a Libertad en Cristo Conference in February of 2016. Since then, she has trained many of the prayer groups in her region.
Lucy retired last year. With her Bishop's permission, she has now organized a new Spanish-speaking team to serve the greater parish community. Plans for an English-speaking team are in process. She desires to evoke a passion for healing and deliverance, and extend Unbound Ministry in the Los Angeles area.
