Cathy Loh serves as Director of Marriage, Family Life, Faith Formation and Youth & Young Adult Ministry in the Catholic Diocese of Palm Beach, FL. Cathy earned a master’s degree in theology from the Augustine Institute and has been married to Deacon Les for over 40 years and is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 4.
Early in her ministry to engaged couples, she realized that many couples approach the altar carrying spiritual burdens and unhealed wounds, so she approached her Bishop about Unbound deliverance ministry. In 2016, with his permission, she began building an Unbound Ministry team and introducing the 5 Keys to the people of her diocese. Since then, she has been actively training and expanding the team and offering prayer ministry. In 2024, Unbound was expanded into prison ministry. Today, a small team helps bring spiritual freedom through the 5 Keys to the incarcerated on a monthly basis.
Cathy is grateful for the opportunity to help people find freedom in Christ and has witnessed many truly inspiring transformations.
