Arise, Shine

by Neal Lozano on November 29, 2021

"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.

See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and His glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn." Isaiah 60:1-3

As I look back at this year, I am amazed!

I am so thankful for all the reports from around the globe of how Unbound is spreading. I am thankful that we could resume traveling. I am amazed at how much teaching, training, and personal mentoring took place over the internet this year. I rejoice in the publications, translations, and filming projects that we completed. And I am so thankful for all of you. This is a time for each of us (as we read in Isaiah 60)  to Arise, shine, and realize our light has come and recognize that the Glory of the Lord is upon us.

Each of us is in a battle to stay focused on the goodness of God. We must fight through the daily struggles, temptations, life changes, tragedies, and anxieties that have intensified with the pandemic. We need to resist the ways of the world, the desires of the flesh, and the lies of the devil. The need to be Unbound is as great as ever.

Recently I came across a great definition of God’s Glory: “It is the radiance of His majesty.”  Although we cannot see the King, we can know Him and His kingdom through His Spirit and in the reflection of His presence in people and creation.

This is a good season to pause and contemplate His majesty, goodness, and glory. The word of God declares the glory of the LORD rises upon you. This leads to the assurance that we will participate in the promise that Nations will come to your light. Nations will come to the Lord through the glory that is manifest among us, His people. Let us be filled with gratitude and thankfulness for the part we each have in His plan.

Recently I ran into a woman whom I had prayed with over 20 years ago. I remembered her clearly. When I told her that I remembered her, she said, “Yes, that was the day I met the Father.” The glory of the Father’s love was manifest to her that day. I pray that all those around the world using the Five Keys would reflect God’s glory as they lead others into the embrace of the Father.

We pray for you with thanksgiving. The ongoing support of our partners and other donors makes it all possible. Would you pray about making a donation, increasing your current partnership pledge, or updating your credit card information that expired this last year?

During this season of giving please remember to help the poor, the prisoner, and the lost in any way you may have opportunity.

You can make a donation here or call Jacqueline at 610-952-3019 with any questions.
