HEART OF THE FATHER MINISTRIES
began in 1997, out of the work being done to equip people throughout the world to take hold of the freedom they have been given in Christ and to help others do the same by using the principles of the Five Keys as found in Unbound: A Practical Guide to Deliverance. The ministry was incorporated and approved as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization in January 2011.

Neal Lozano has more than thirty years of pastoral experience helping people find freedom in Christ. He is the author of the best-selling book, Unbound: A Practical Guide to Deliverance. An international speaker, Neal has spoken at seminars and conferences throughout the world.
Married since 1973, Neal and his wife Janet, who travels and ministers with him, live in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. They have four sons and nine grandchildren.
Neal holds a master’s degree in religious education from Villanova University, where he also led an evangelistic outreach to students for eighteen years.
Currently, Neal is serving as senior coordinator of the House of God’s Light, an ecumenical Christian community, in which he has served for nearly forty years. Over the years, Neal has become a respected authority in deliverance ministry, developing a unique and balanced approach which includes detailed biblical grounding, real-life examples, and immense practicality.
Neal, a Roman Catholic, has had extensive experience ministering across the the body of Christ. Neal and his wife, Janet are committed to being instruments of the Father’s Love.
Matthew Lozano (Prayer Team Trainer and Resource Developer)
Matthew Lozano is a gifted speaker and teacher who trains leaders to use the UNBOUND model for ministry. Matt recently joined the staff of Heart of the Father Ministries part-time as a prayer team trainer and resource developer.
Over the past fifteen years, he has served various ministries including Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, Lifeteen, and RenewalMinistries. A Social Studies teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, Matt is currently working on his Master’s degree in Biblical Theology.
He and his wife Jenn, who also works for Heart of the Father Ministries, have four children and live in the Philadelphia area.
